You've managed to achieve a nice depth sensation with the hair layer out of focus. The eye is not distracting, it's well balanced with the entire image. The light is also perfect since it doesn't bring too much contrast and keep the capture smooth. I don't know if you planed a lot to take this pic, but I'd have a really hard time trying to do something like that...
